Sometimes the supermarkets can change their distrubution or be out of stock of certain products due to a number of reasons. You can ask your local store for more detail on whether they stock certain items.
Not at this stage but we are working on something in the background. We are hoping to have a subscription model up and running in the near future and our customers will be first to hear.
First of all, that's sad. If you have a faulty product from in store, you can contact us at hello@cove.cleaning and we will arrange a replacement for you. Alternatively, you can take this back to the store you purchased it from for an exchange or a refund.
